Last entry to the Center for Jewish History Exhibitions, Reading Room, and the Genealogy Institute is 30 minutes before closing. The last call to page items in the Reading Room and Genealogy Institute is 3pm.
Andrey Filimonov is the Chief Archivist at the Center for Jewish History (CJH), where he oversees collection management and reference services across multiple departments that handle archival processing, digitization, conservation, and provide comprehensive onsite and online access to the archival and library collections housed at the Center. Additionally, he serves as the Center’s Institutional Archivist. Andrey joined CJH Archives and Library Services in August 2014, bringing with him eight years of experience at the American Jewish Historical Society (AJHS), one of CJH's partner organizations, where he held the position of Archivist for the American Soviet Jewry Movement. He holds a Master of Library Science (MLS) with a Certificate in Archives and Preservation of Cultural Materials from Queens College.
